Welcome to Sambandha Springs
Affordable living rooted in bhakti, family support, and sādhu-saṅga.
Sambandha Springs is an emerging Krishna-conscious community rooted in simple living, affordability, and genuine sādhu-saṅga. Our vision is to create a peaceful rural haven near the Santa Fe River where devotees can find stability, support, and spiritual connection while living within their means.
We were inspired by a simple realization: many devotee families are struggling to live independently—financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Housing costs continue to rise, isolation can make devotional life difficult, and not every family thrives on their own. We believe devotees deserve a place where they can grow, flourish, and support one another without the pressure of high living expenses.
Sambandha Springs is our response to that need—a community built with compassion, practicality, and bhakti.
Why We’re Creating This Community
Our purpose is simple:

offer affordable living options
for devotee families with modest incomes

create a cooperative, uplifting environment
where devotees help one another

reduce financial stress
so families can focus more on Krishna consciousness

cultivate supportive association,
especially for those feeling isolated or overwhelmed

raise our children
in a safe, peaceful, devotional atmosphere
Where We're Building
We plan to develop Sambandha Springs in Union County, just across the Alachua County line, close to the Santa Fe River. Union County offers:
-
more affordable land
-
more flexible zoning
-
space for homesteads, gardens, and tiny homes
-
quiet rural living
-
quick access to the Alachua temple and devotee community
This location allows us to remain connected to the larger devotee population while keeping costs low and maintaining a peaceful environment.

Our Approach
1-acre homestead parcels
community spaces for kirtan, gatherings, and recreation
a culture of cooperation—helping neighbors, sharing resources, living simply
a tiny home village for singles or minimalistic devotees
affordable housing options, including manufactured homes, modular homes, and tiny homes
simple, sustainable living practices that keep costs low and the community grounded
A Place of Shelter, Support, and Bhakti
Sambandha Springs is meant to be more than a neighborhood—
it is a shelter, a place where devotees support one another through the journey of family life and Krishna consciousness.
We envision a community where:
01
children grow up with friends and role models
02
families feel safe, supported, and included
03
association and encouragement are natural
04
the mood is one of kindness, humility, and shared purpose
